Terms of Service
Effective date: October 21, 2026
These Terms govern your use of WorkHub (the “Service”) provided by the WorkHub team (the “Company”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
- “Workspace”: an organization account created in the Service by a company or team.
- “Owner/Administrator”: a user who manages a Workspace.
- “Member”: a user invited to a Workspace.
- “Customer Data”: content entered into a Workspace, such as messages, files, tasks and documents.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Workspaces and administrators
The organization that creates a Workspace controls its Customer Data. Administrators can invite, deactivate and manage members, view audit logs and export Workspace data according to the Workspace's internal policies and applicable law.
4. Customer Data
The Workspace keeps all rights to Customer Data. We use Customer Data only to provide, secure and support the Service, and as described in the Privacy Policy. Workspaces can export their data at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You must not: break the law or infringe others' rights; upload malware; attempt to access other Workspaces or bypass security; overload or scrape the Service; send spam; or use the Service to harass others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. AI features
AI features generate answers from content you are allowed to access and show their sources. AI output may be inaccurate; verify important information before relying on it. Administrators can disable AI features for their Workspace.
7. Fees
The Free plan and the beta of paid plans are provided free of charge. Before charging any fees we will announce prices and conditions at least 30 days in advance, and paid features will only start after you agree.
8. Service changes and interruptions
We may change or interrupt the Service for maintenance, security or technical reasons. We will give advance notice of planned changes that materially affect you, except in emergencies.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Workspace owners may terminate the Workspace; Customer Data is deleted within 30 days after termination, after an opportunity to export. We may terminate or suspend access for serious or repeated violations of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, but we will make reasonable efforts to maintain it.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for damages caused by your intent or negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for our intent or gross negligence.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea. If you are a consumer residing elsewhere, mandatory consumer protections of your country still apply.
