Who is WorkHub for?
Small and medium-sized businesses and startups with roughly 5 to 200 employees that want chat, tasks, announcements and a wiki in a single, easy tool.
Can I turn a chat message into a task?
Yes. Open the message menu, choose “Convert to task”, set the owner and due date. The task links back to the original message and notifies the owner.
Does the AI see private channels?
Crane AI only uses content the asking user is already allowed to see. Private channels you are not a member of are never included, and every answer shows its sources.
Which languages are supported?
The app is available in Korean and English, and this website is available in 12 languages. More app languages are on the roadmap.
Can we export our data?
Yes. Workspace owners and admins can request a full export of members, conversations, tasks, announcements and wiki pages from the admin console.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. WorkHub is a responsive progressive web app (PWA) that you can install on your phone or desktop.
